So they're becoming doctors and lawyers, while Microsoft and IBM give away the store to India and China. It doesn't matter to the decision makers at the top. They live in the country of the rich. Nation states are just a convenient fiction. They’re running for the money, wherever they won’t be outsourced or compete against some guy in lower Slobbovia making 2 cents an hour.
