		<description>I would add configuration.  As someone who is looking at some server class applications (databases, LDAP, email server), I find that they are difficult to configure.  Something that is really easy to do in Windows can take a bunch of time under Linux.  For example, I&#039;ve tried setting up an LDAP server and it&#039;s taken about 6 hours and I&#039;m nowhere near getting it configured.  In Windows, I just have to run a wizard and it&#039;s done in a few minutes.</description>
