It seems that the busy Cyber Monday does not bode too well for some popular online stores. I was greeted with the following "Bad Request (Invalid Hostname)" error when trying to access Newegg.

Apparently, either the DNS server or the web servers were overloaded. It seems that Newegg is running it’s server on Windows 2000 (see Netcraft) though. I am not sure if this has anything to do with its availability issue…
